A very limited edition cold cast Bronze study of a 101st Airborne trooper Normandy 1944. The bust is mounted on a reconstituted Marble base which has a facsimile of the U.S Paratroopers qualification Badge on the front.
The bust and pedestal are approximately 7 inches high.
The bust is depicted wearing M1 Helmet with paratroopers chin straps. M1942 smock webbing and equipment including a shoulder holster for an M 1911A1 typical of the uniform worn during the D Day landings.

Cold cast Bronze is not solid Bronze metal it is a blend of Bronze metal powder and high density composite. It looks very similar to Bronze and can achieve far greater detail. .
